Hello, I’m Wut Mhone Cho, but most people know me as Winnie.
I am a certified coach, facilitator, and practitioner of emotional agility, with a passion for inspiring growth and transformation in individuals, teams, and organizations.
After over a decade of working in logistics and operations, I transitioned into coaching and facilitation to align with my true calling—helping people unlock their potential and thrive.
My approach integrates ontological coaching, team dynamics, and emotional intelligence, focusing on building trust, fostering resilience, and empowering people to lead with confidence and empathy.
I work with individuals navigating personal and professional growth, parents raising emotionally intelligent children, and corporate teams striving for stronger collaboration and leadership. My Ontological Approach
As a professionally trained Newfield Ontological Coach, I work with my clients in a holistic manner, in shifting them from the space and situations of "Stuck" to "Unstuck" and moving forward to create the desired outcomes by using OAR (Observer-Action-Result) Model through three essential domains of human experience, BEL (Body-Language-Emotion).
BEL (Body-Emotion-Language)
  • Body (Soma):
You will be connecting with your body through somatic awareness and somatic practices to "unstuck", uncover your inner wisdoms and breakthrough limiting beliefs.
Having the adaptability to switch from sympathetic nervous system to parasympathetic nervous system is the key to faster recovery rate, higher performance, better results and long-term health.
In another way of saying, happier, healthier, more fulfilling.
  • Emotions:
You will get to build up your emotional intelligence and foster emotional agility to respond to challenges more effectively.
Emotional agility allows not only "you" to be in charge of your own emotional capacity, but also "your emotions" to guide you in tackling challenging situations. (big or small)
  • Language:
Language can be doorway into uncover limiting beliefs that keep you stuck. Identifying the language and reshaping the internal and external dialogue can expand the perspectives in the pursuit of goals.
BEL (Body-Language-Emotion) in OAR (Observer-Action-Result) Model
Expanding BEL (Body-Emotion-Language) domains creates the expansion in Observer with much less resistance and ease. Expanded Observer allows wider range of Actions in creating wider range of Results. That means you will get to create the new Results that you have never created before.
By shifting and expanding the internal observer, I empower my clients to achieve sustainable transformation and reach their desired outcomes.
